A vet will certainly want to pull it under anesthesia I’d imagine.

It could fall out on its own…or it could erupt into a severe tissue/blood infection.

Unfortunately it’s impossible to know. If you can afford it I would say vet and let them do their thing. If not, keep a very close eye on it and look for swelling and discoloration of the gums or swelling of the face/cheek/jaw area.

Same thing happened here. Vet wanted $1500+ to pull one tooth and clean teeth. We let nature handle itself. Tooth fell out, dog is fine.

Dog may be in pain all the time and you will never know

If you have the money I say go to the vet and get it pulled and have them clean the teeth while dog it out cold.
