I have hope for the future. Hope for time with friends, family, and the opportunity to enjoy what God provided for us. While I don't believe things will get better, I still have hope.
A life without hope is a horrible existence. |

The world had been on a self-destruct binge for decades with no semblance of a self-correcting will. Do I think we are determine to relearn age old lessons the hard bloody way. As a Christian I believe there is ultimate victory but God does allow freewill to play out. |

The history and future of humanity is presented in the Holy Bible. The book of Genesis tells who created us and how sin began, the book of Revelation tells how God the creator is going to judge sinners. Only faith in Jesus Christ can provide salvation and reconciliation with God the creator of humanity. There are only 2 paths to choose from: God and Satan. People hear many viewpoints worldwide, but the only way to know the truth is after we leave the earth.
So, think about it carefully, do some research and maybe pray to the creator of the universe and ask him to show you the truth. The Bible teaches that Faith in God, not human or religious devotion, is the only way to eternal salvation. Everyone on earth has a choice to make. There are a lot of good videos online to increase your knowledge. |

Depends on your worldview. I see it through the lens of Biblical prophesy.
History has proven mankind cant get better once things start going downhill, and at this point we're on the downhill slope, again. We've been trying self governance for all of recorded history with no lasting successes. Had many times of peace and prosperity just to eventually fail and start over again with incremental improvements to the newer system of government. I believe this current system is the last iteration. This is the first time in history we've been capable of wiping ourselves from the planet, and when this current system fails we'll be resorting to that capability. |

I think it’s way better now than for most of the planet during the depression of the 30s, during the years of world wars, during plagues and droughts, and endless human suffering.
We have it so damn easy we tell ourselves things are terrible. The only time I’m cold or hungry is when I’m working outside in January. I know where my next meal is coming from and ,in general, my state is now moving more towards freedom for the first time in 5 generations. |
