Correct, but a minor addition that 270/Lugansk was in the Ukraine (which at the time that was made was part of the USSR).  It was part of the Ukraine until 2014, and its now part of "Luhansk People's Republic", which is, for all intents and purposes now part of Russia.

Back when 5.45 was cheap, most of us called it Ukrainian.
