Local nursing home just announced no visitor hours due to China flu cases. Same one my mom died in. 2020 all over again. I saw my mom once after March 2020, in October 2020. No visits allowed in the meantime. The dementia had ramped up. and not seeing me in 7 months, she forgot who I was.  She died 2 months later. Never again. No masks, no boosters. I was a paramedic for 10 of those years, I was working on my critical care paramedic cert when I got hurt on the job and retired. I take definitive care with a grain of salt. I’ve seen what staff have become. |
