Yes sometimes twice

Shower before bed, shower with wife after sex.

So with sex 2-3 times a week I shower 9-10 times a week.

We have wall push button dispensers for shampoo, body wash and conditioner.

I live in the American Gardens building on West 81st street.
I’m 27 years old.
I believe in taking care of myself, and a balanced diet and a rigorous exercise routine.

In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I’ll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now.
After I remove the ice pack, I use a deep pore cleanser lotion.
In the shower, I use a water activated gel cleanser.
Then a honey almond body scrub. And on the face, an exfoliating gel scrub.
Then apply an herb mint facial mask, which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine.
I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older.
Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

There is an idea of me, some kind of abstraction, but there is no real me. Only an entity, something illusory.
And though I can hide my cold gaze, and you can shake my hand and feel flesh gripping yours and maybe you can even sense our life styles are probably comparable, I simply am not there.

I shampoo and condition every 3-4 days. The other days, I just rinse the shit out of it.

Soap daily at least if not more then once. Shampoo usually every other day unless I've ridden the motorcycle. That day gets shampoo, doesn't matter, head sweats under that lid lol

I work in a cold office (65 year round) so winter usually once a day. Maybe twice if I take the dirtbike out or wrench in the truck.

Once a day in the summer/hot days. Once every 36-ish hours in the fall/winter. Sometimes 48 hrs if I don't leave the house. Shampoo is my everything soap. Start at the head and work down. I have a loofah and body wash for the sweaty days.

Yep, every morning, right after my shit. Generally only shower more than once a day if I get especially sweaty or dirty, or if I have to shit again for some reason. I don't care how well you wipe, there is nothing worse than taking a shit and not being able to shower immediately afterward.

Lol. I use fru fru body wash because I like the fragrance. My wife commented on it early in our relationship and I told her the same. She's on board with the fru fru and signed up for the long haul.

Whatever hippie ass shampoo my wife gets me and grandpas soap every night before bed. Unless when in the field or if I’m camping/fishing etc I always feel nasty if i don’t shower before bed.
