Peak fertility matters a great deal, just because one woman here and there is able to have a child late in life doesn't make it a viable plan, many women reach the age they finally decide to bother having children and simply cannot get pregnant, or have countless miscarriages.

The evidence is also impossible to ignore that pregnancies later in life have worse outcomes. Increased rates of defects, failure to thrive, autism, and countless other issues.

Failure to advocate for pregnancies during peak viability is the same as advocating for more babies in the NICU with heart failure and other issues. There are consequences to denying biological reality, consequences that carry harm and suffering.

As for "it's not eeeecoooonomiiiically possible" thing, nonsense. It is expensive to have kids while Keeping Up with the Joneses. None of that shit is actually required. Purposeless burning of money with children being socially "required" is actually a fertility suppression strategy implemented by cutthroat women, so their offspring have fewer competitors.

I’m not advocating for it but to chastise and put down women for it isn’t a winning strategy. It’s really just another talking point man-o-sphere places, or male dominated spaces like this, shit on women without an ounce of introspection on what guys are doing to perpetuate the issues themselves. Data has been pretty clear people, besides poor people and poor foreign people, men and women, have been putting off having kids later and later because of the economic realities over some theoretical subset of cutthroat women ruining for the rest of us. . Really like to see your work on that. So, yes, later in life pregnancy can come with a host of issues, what is the suggestion to solve this? How do we get people on board with having kids at an early age?

I've got no issues with someone wanting the stuff on her list.  I just think she's somewhat delusional, as rich, good looking, intelligent, funny, kind, generous men who want to be married and have children are married with children by the time they get to 40.  No previous kids/marriage/engagements is where her list eliminates virtually everyone.  Adding with a pet unicorn wouldn't really change the available pool of men that check every box.  If she'd consider divorced men who already have children but want/are willing to remarry and have more her pool would increase substantially.

To do that, you’d have to examine with significant introspection the reasons women get into the workforce in the first place.

I did the “marry a doctor” thing all wrong. (Tangent, I bought my wife a shirt that says “I am the Jewish doctor I was supposed to marry” )

I was already well off and had the structure of my life in place (and a divorced single dad) and was a lot older than my wife when I met her.

While I do plenty of stuff, my life has been largely folly and free.  Then I meet a young college student with big plans. She didn’t want to date me because of the age gap and had trepidation about “someone like me” ( the free spirit and life of folly) following her where ever her medical training would end up taking her.

I had to convince her that I would follow her through all of that. She had just got into med school but had no idea what kind of doc she wanted to be.

The years have passed and that all worked out in a spectacular manner but it was a massive change of life for me.

So, if we look at it as the transactional issue that dating really is.  I identified an undervalued asset and invested cheap. It payed off exceedingly well (I also happen to still deeply love her as my friend, wife and mother of our children)

As a tangent to all of that, it seems like female docs, who meet and marry after becoming a doc, tend to marry 4 categories of guys. (And understating that women do not like to date down and the air is thin above doctors)

Other doctors.

First responders and military. (Often higher speed guys, pilots, special operations, street cops…). Even though they don’t Check the economic box, they are confident in what they do.

Kept men. Usually handsome and well behaved men who become Mr.mom

Engineers.  Kind of like a queen marrying a Duke…it’s close enough and what is out there.

If they marry before becoming docs, that means they married early and like anyone else can be married to a guy who does anything….but it still seems like engineer types are among the largest cohort.

If we are strictly looking at financial terms.

My wife will probably make more than me on a pay check to pay check level.

But my net worth will be significantly higher, over all.

Family business for 108 years sort of does that, you own a lot of shit.   And I don’t ever plan on paying myself an exorbitant salary.

Let's try and break this list down so that everyone's on the same page.

Non negotiable
- 35-42 y/o
5 years (maybe more) too late if she's looking for someone that wants to get married and have kids. She's cutting out time spent getting to know each-other.

- healthy masculine
Legit

- smart, funny, lighthearted
Copy pasta crap. Not saying it's wrong, just tired and old.

- provider/protector mentallity
Legit

- post-economic (still hardworking)
RED FLAG. If someone has to look up what you're posting, you've instantly alienated them. If this is the plan from the start, carry on. If not, fix it.

- kind, generous, thoughtful
Copy pasta crap. Not saying it's wrong, just tired and old.

- no kids yet, decidedly wants kids
No mention of marriage though....

- on the healing path
RED FLAG. If someone has to look up what you're posting, you've instantly alienated them. If this is the plan from the start, carry on. If not, fix it.

- can meet anywhere, but will not date unless live in same city
RED FLAG. Horribly misworded at best.

- fit and sober
Legit

Strongly prefered
- no previous marriage or engagement
RED FLAG. A guy at 35-42 with the other requirements? LMAO. Also, no mention of kids with other women...

- works in tech
Invalidates all the healthy masculine fit and sober above

Cofound life with.
Again, no mention of marriage.

Oh I honestly agree with you.

However, I'm just pointing out how 10-15 years ago I don't think anyone would have blinked at the delusion. Or would have championed her "standards".

So if people are calling her out.  People that aren't GD or Manosphere influencers on social media.

That means things are shifting.

Also I should correct the record on something.

If people remember Tomi Lahren's man rant.

Kevin Samuels to my memory largely agreed with her. That she was right to expect the level of man she was seeking.

So he probably wouldn't see an issue with this woman's standards.  They are really high. But not so high to be completely unobtainable.

Many MEN are opting out of marriage....and with good reason.

Women control dating, men control marriage.

The media and all the girly magazines love to talk about a fake male loneliness epidemic.
The actual epidemic is the fast approaching FEMALE loneliness epidemic for women in their 30' and younger.

It is standard projection, gas lighting, hypocrisy and accountability avoidance we've come to expect.

When it is men that are supposed to be the lonely ones, it is always framed as something wrong with "men", which is why they are lonely.    Funny thing is, you don't see a lot of men talking about how lonely they are, it is actually men enjoying peace.

What you DO see is tik-tok full of women complaining about not getting male attention anymore (after 15 years of misandry, boss-babe, #metoo videos).   Yet it is never, what is wrong with "women", it is still either what is wrong with men....or it is repackaged as "centering on me" time.

It is biology, and highlights the difference in how men and women operate.

Women need the mass show, the drama, the attention, affirmation and validation of social media "movements".    Full of sound and fury, signifying nothing.

Men make a quiet calculation, and simply withdraw.  No announcement. No social media posts.
Women struggle to grasp that concept.

It is why this meme is so true.

Women can't even "quiet quit" their marriages (the latest tik tok trend) without announcing on social media that they are quiet quitting their marriage.  The NEED for attention, validation and affirmation is just too strong.

Woman looking for a monied ''made'' man aren't looking for a relationship where they aren't getting the bling from the ring down the road. It's damn easy to end a non marriage relationship and for the most part, you are never legally getting anything of his from the relationship if it breaks or he passes away unless there is a valid will specifying it. That contract is the Wonka golden ticket, especially if there are kids involved.

I think there are age differences between men and woman where loneliness is involved. Younger single men don't seem to be afflicted with it for the most part but younger females of marrying age are. It's reversed as age overtakes them, single men become more separated from society and have their few pals and maybe a  dog companion while single old women turn into packs of divorced or never married cat collectors or, if they had kids that never grew up to adulthood emotionally,  often become a useful tool supporting their useless kids who now have kids of their own. [dads are far more apt to tell a leech to piss off then a mother ever will] Sadly, I saw that more then I ever wanted to see, they are manipulated by using the grandkids and access to them.
Liberals are a curious mix of communism and fascism, they want to destroy you but want to use your own money to do it.

I'm getting down to the last box, the others have all been destroyed...

I asked Grok to run the numbers, then run the numbers again for factoring the gay male population.

A few dozen to a 150.

She didn’t specify handsome or ethnicity or height.

That’ll neck it down even more.

She’s cute and is about to hit 30 (internal panic mode) and the Wall is coming faster than she thinks.

In my youth in and around SF, you never had to approach women. If you were straight, they approached you in that city.

So, she wants the two boyfriends from every Hallmark movie.  The boyfriend in the beginning of the movie that the star is engaged to, the one that is a business executive/lawyer/future heir to the very successful family business and the guy that the star meets in the small town that is a handyman and loves his work and doesn't care about money that meets the star and falls for her.   Of course in this woman's movie she is the star and both of the boyfriends are rolled up in one person.

Yeah but, if you like, focus on the nice and normal parts, and also ignore what she's actually saying (rich guy that's young) and don't hold her accountable for that because: being mean to wahmen is mean, then like, she's reasonable.

Plz bro, as long as you overlook details and strip out the context to make it say something different, then, akshullllllllllly you can pretend this is fine and screech about the Arf-Taliban.

She gives off hilarious Linked In vibes.

I want to second the poster who said he'd want to see the financials for this business of hers.

It's telling the she says nothing about what she is bringing to the relationship, just the photo. I wonder what she paid for those tits.

29. Her clock is ticking but her narcissism is endless.
History has stopped. Nothing exists except an endless present in which Trump is always right.
