Does the month that somebody is born in affect their personality?
|

I don't think its an accurate predictor, too many outliers, but there probably is some merit to some behavioral similarities.
For example as a child your personality could be different depending on if your first memories in the world is in the middle of a bright summer day vs fall vs dead of winter. Stars? nah, probably just seasonal emotional highs and lows. |

I don't know but mine really fits my personality. All of the people I get along with are compatible with my sign.
Not saying it means anything but it's something I have recently noticed. |

People that believe in that shit are mentally weak, and looking for excuses for their weakness.

We'll nuke them next. |

Astrology has nothing to do with the time you were born, but everything to do with the layout of the universe at the time of your birth, hence the name "astro-logy". I don't follow the predictions and the daily crap, but my natal astrology was/is eerily accurate. There's a whole story behind my natal horoscope but it's getting late and many of you have been drinking. I keep an open mind about it, but also keep my feet firmly on terrafirma.

It not as scientific as phrenology, but way better than that voodoo they call physics.

Astrology is for idiots.

Personality, not so much, I think it has more to do with traits.
I'm a Virgo and a Ram. I'm the most loyal asshole you'll ever meet. |

Years ago I read an article about a college professor bringing in an "astrologist" to do custom horoscopes on the students, who were directed to bring in the exact date/time/location of their births. After a few weeks, the "astrologist" brought in the final products...envelopes containing each student's custom horoscope with their name written on the outside.
The professor handed them out, gave the students a chance to digest them, then asked: -"How many of you feel this is so spot-on that you can't believe it?" About 60% raised their hands. -"How many of you think this is pretty close but does not completely fit you?" About 30% raised their hands. -"How many of you don't think this describes you at all?" The remaining 10% raised their hands. "OK. Now I want you to each exchange horoscopes with the person sitting next to you so you can read each others." The horoscopes were identical...they were all copies of the same thing. |

When I want to know the truth about someone’s personality type, I pour Lucky Charms in to a bowl of 2% milk and read the colors as they aline.
Lucky Charms don’t lie. |

Whoever said astrology is just racism for white women made me lol
Way more accurate than astrology itself. |

I believe that people who believe in astrology are pretty dumb. So, yeah, it's an accurate predictor but not in the way OP stated.

View Quote Completely sober, and still believe it's for the weak minded. You can find accuracies in any of the "astrology" studies and shit, if you are looking for it to be accurate. It's all bullshit for the weak minded, but you do you. |

Every women I’ve dated either casually or seriously was a Virgo.
In the case of three of them, their dads were born on the exact same day as me, same sign. My sign and Virgos are a natural attraction/soul mates or some shit. My sign aligns pretty well with my personality. I used to think it was horseshit but one crystal chick I had a thing for kind of opened my eyes to certain things that I thought were stupid, I very much believe in a lot of Jungian principles so it’s not crazy to me. |

No, but those who are aware of that stuff definitely consciously or unconsciously emulate the descriptions of their sign.
