Shoulders only get their own day if you want them to grow into bowling balls.

Changes over the year depending on periodization, deload etc.  plus as I’ve got older I need more recovery time so I don’t really do full push pull legs.  Wait, legs do have their own day, twice a week.

I call it my active test day. Nothing is hard, it just burns, lol.

Abs
3x15 Decline sit-ups while holding a 45lb plate toward the ceiling
3x10 heavy dumbbell side bends. Alternating sides.
3x20 kneeling side to side crunches while pulling a cable weight stack or heavy band
3xfailure planks

Calf
3x15 Donkey calf raises with 240lb dude on my back. Looks gay, but nothing hits as good!
3x20 of each toes out, toes in, toes straight on a 2x4 block holding dumbbells and holding the top and bottom for a 2 count.
1 set of looking down at my calves and sobbing because they still won’t grow

I vote C. Never seen chest and legs together. I have to work them separate. Overhead press is all the shoulder I do, nothing special but definitely not on leg day.

I don’t have a shoulder day- but I do a lot of pull-ups.

Day 1
-1.5mi run or 2k row
-Heavy Deadlifts,
-Volume bench, front squats, pull-ups

Day 2
-Go for a walk

Day 3
-Intervals of some type
-Heavy squats,
-Volume power cleans, bis, tris, tire flips, toes to bar

Day 4
-3-5 mile run or some stupid HIIT chipper

Day 5
-1.5mi run or 2k row
-Heavy bench,
-Volume row, pull-ups

Weekends
-Sleep and eat lol
