It looks to me like the possibly illegal chick standing on the cart went hands on first with the touching. Who stands on carts? Anyway, not sure I care all that much on who is to blame for starting that. This was more of a "when idiots collide' situation. Not sure who was using that cart first, because as always, the beginning of the encounter was cut from the recording, but it looked like puncher guy was just trying to load more water onto the cart and punchee guy was being an ass and punchee girl starting reaching out to touch people. |
