Honestly, I don't have a favorite character. To me, it is the total atmosphere that the show is creating.

Yeah I don't have any favs in BB
Out of the Bad Batch, they're all good characters that have shown growth and all play a certain role. Honestly, for me, the entire squad is one character to me. Again, the atmosphere that the show is creating in showing HOW and WHY the Empire are the bad guys is damn good.

It is and I love it for that. It is seeing the Empire literally as the Republic became the Empire. It is absolutely fantastic.

Which one was Last Crusade? This one had elements of both. It was very Last Crusade-y up until finding the heart.

The first episode this season (“war chest” episode) had some elements from Last Crusade in it. In one scene two of the clones escape Count Dooku’s castle or whatever via a hidden spiral staircase that opens up in the floor below them.
Later in the episode, Omega is desperately trying to reach for some treasure as the cargo container becomes more and more unstable similar to how Dr. Schneider meets her fate while trying to reach for the Grail (and then Indy does it too).

Today’s episode had Hunter fall through the floor because he forgot Jehova starts with an “I” in Greek. Maybe some other stuff too but I was falling asleep while watching it as I’m back on night shift and just got off work.

That was a weird episode. I hate Wanda Sykes as a voice actress.  She always sounds extremely ameture, if that makes sense.  Like someone with zero experience reading their lines for the very first time.  She had a voice role in the latest Borderlands game installment too (which was it's own train wreck), but she just sucks.

Your memory for detail is scary. Not sure whether I need to re-watch Last Crusade (which I just watched this past summer in the theater again), the first episode of this (which I just watched a few weeks ago), or both.

I did get the Jehovah reference... I always found that an odd one, really makes Indy look silly.

That was season 1. Omega and Wrecker discovered they needed currency to purchase snacks. Hence the debt to the Trandoshan.

I can only hope these filler episodes have things going on that will play a role later. They definitely feel like the old X-files "monster of the week" shows.

After the bar Andor set, though, expectations are really high.

I don't we'll see Andor topped for some time.

ST TNG Bottle Episodes for sure. The first three episodes were well done and The Solitary Clone was especially well done. I think we'll get more good stuff like that. This has to appeal to both adults and kids. The filler episodes appeal to kids.

As a silly stand alone treasure hunt side quest, fun episode. But it did seem like a pretty huge thing to be a one and done. Hopefully it's revisited.

I'd like to see some forward momentum now that we've had a few standalone adventures.

The episode title seems like a callback to Chewbacca talking to Han in Solo after being rescued and sitting around the fire.

I also liked the inclusion of Gungi (maybe Gunji) from TCW. He was one of the younglings Ahsoka took to Ilum for his kyber crystal in season 5.

Re your spoilers Dr Aphra would be about the same age as Luke Skywalker so still in diapers in this time frame.  I hope we see her in Mandolorian or something though.  Neat character.   The horse thing is actually a reference to the Jedi, Fallen Order video game.
