Tonight's dinner inspired by israel.
Roasted lamb shawarma. Leg of lamb seasoned heavily roasted. Pita, tzatiki (prefer it over tahini) feta cucumber and red onion. Tomorrow will be leftovers with french fries but was too lazy today lol

The 1/2 peeled cukes are a foul. If they are unwaxed thin skin don’t peel. If they are thick skin and waxed you remove all of the peel. Regardless the cukes are redundant if you are using tadziki.
Lamb looks ok but your carving doesn’t. 2/10. Points for meat and pistol only. |
