Last time I bought 5.56 was about 2k rnds. a couple years ago. Same exact ammo from Midway. They were the best deal back then too per AmmoSeek.
Nice to see they can still be the go-to for good 55gr NATO. IMI is good stuff. |

Rather spend the extra 7cpr and get the AAC 77gr on sale.
IMI lowered the fps on their ammo, used to be hot. |

Reminds me of the $0.25 IMI M855 Midway had about 6 years ago.

Damn almost 50 cents a round for 5.56. Those were 7.62X51 prices not that many years ago.

I've got a 1200 rd case of IMI XM193 that is unopened from 2011. IIRC, it was $325 shipped to my door. I miss the old days.

I got some imi m193 and m80 ball on the way to compare against the GGG stuff. The imi is probably better. I dont see any primer seal on my GGG ammo. The GGG m193 did test about 200fps hotter than PMC bronze 223 of course. |

Not intended to be a shit post in any way, but midway sucks. They sent me a complete bolt that was missing an extractor, and then would not send me the extractor or even give me a discount in the amount of the extractor on a future order. They told me I had to send the whole thing back for a replacement. I said "but you are out of stock with unknown backorder time ". Their reply was essentially, "yes". Lol.
