Can a 20 inch upper be shipped to NJ or are there specific places they're not allowed? This is for an A4 competition upper for NRA HP.  If you have specific links that say yay or nay I'd like to read them.

EDIT:  Did a search and found what I needed, but sometimes I like to ask around to make sure.  No flash suppressor and no bayo lug so looks ok.

So what did you find out?

Unless NJ has very specific laws an upper is NOT a gun it is parts.

It might be perfectly legal by itslef but illegal when mounted on a lower to make a gun.
