I'm curious if the switch with the specs below exists. I currently have a 2960, and it's great. I got it for $80 on eBay and I keep a cold spare/pre-configure if/when this one dies.

Mostly for the gee-wiz factor, I've been thinking about upgrading my switch and my main workstations to 10G ethernet.

Does a Cisco switch with the criteria below exist?

48 10G Ethernet NICs (not just SFP)
PoE+
Readily available on the used market.

Its possible they do ( I don't follow Cisco's product line to be honest), but I guarantee the pricing on a 48 port 10gig switch is going to be astronomical, even on the used market.

Several of my racks at work have these switches installed in them.  Notice what the price is for a used one.

Whip out the big bucks

This is half of what you asked for. Note the price tag.
S5860-24XB-U, 24-Port Multi-Gigabit Ethernet L3 Fully Managed Pro Convergence Switch, 24 x 10G BASE-T, 4 x 10Gb SFP+, with 4 x 25Gb SFP28 Uplinks, Stackable Switch, Broadcom Chip

ETA: I guess they do have a 48-port 10G-T model:
S5850-48T4Q, 48-Port Ethernet L3 Fully Managed Plus Switch, 48 x 10G BASE-T, with 4 x 40Gb QSFP+ Uplinks

Probably not many on the used market right now, but perhaps in a few months' time...

ETA-2: good old ebay: Cisco 48x10G-T
Cisco Nexus N9K C93108TC-EX used $1249.99

Those specs typically don't go together. 10Gb-BaseT (10gb over copper) on all 48 Ports typically are Datacenter switches that do not support POE. They are not intended to power APs, Cameras etc. For access switches (end user connections) you are looking for a Technology called "mGig" such as the 9300-48UXM or similar switches of which 24 Ports are 10Gb capable.... or a less expensive platform such as the C9200-48PXG 48 ports full PoE+ (8 mGig ports up to 10G, 40 ports up to 1G). Both of these switches list price in the 20k Range.
You could look at older models of the 3800 which are 1 generation older than the 9200/9200. If you want something in that area you should look for a refurbished or ebay of a WS-C3850-12X48U...this has 12 10Gb capable ports (hence the 12x)

10GbE with PoE is going to be very difficult to find and very expensive.

Lots of mGbE options becoming available though as more 802.11ax APs begin to support 2.5 GbE (which you can run on regular CAT5e). Unless you do a lot of LAN file transfer though, I may likely be difficult justify 10GbE to every device in the home. Especially since bandwidth requirements on things like 4K cameras, TVs and other items is less than 100M.
