Quoted: Quoted: Quoted: Quoted: I don't think making fun of peoples names automatically means they believe their race is better than any one elses. that's just plain ignorance on your part. As an Asian it’s fucking racist to me, if there is anyone ignorant it’s you. As a 1/1024th Indian (feather not dot) the name 'Wolfy' is racist to me! Cultural appropriation... Wait a second, with a name like wolfy he could also be a literal Nazi, I mean they used the Wolfsangel (never mind they just appropriated a bunch of ancient symbols themselves). Europe had wolves too. For the thin skinned and generally retarded, this is all joking, don't get your panties in a bunch (especially since it's apparently acceptable for men to wear women's clothes now ). |

I mean I know Americans like to show off their wealth. And the current administration promotes a culture of utter smothering apathy. But refined uranium is really desirable stuff to some people. |

They only had three Type 091s in service, 403, 404, and 405. 405 was the last to be launched in 1990. The design goes back to the 1970s and they've only had five total. I think it was their first nuke boat.
If I recall, the PLAN had a Type 35 diesel boat killed the crew back in the early '00s when the engine couldn't shutdown while submerged and literally burnt up all the oxygen, suffocating the crew. They were all found slumped over their stations. the crew had no clue WTF was going on. Oh well, now they're dead Communists. |

Quoted: What the hell does a "political Commissar" do? View Quote Probably to ensure the crew doesn't defect, become renegades, or join a civil war against the communist party. Anyone who appears disloyal is probably disappeared or harshly questioned and investigated. It's like going to sea with an internal affairs officer. That is the only way it works, really. If they don't get ahead of what I've listed above, the commissar will just be killed by the crew if they go rogue. |

Making fun of Asian names isn’t racist, making fun of Asian features is racist…mostly.
Lighten up. RIP Sailors, even if your government is jacked up. |

Quoted: Good. China is an actual threat to everyone in the region. Hopefully it's their entire fishing fleet next, which should have been sunk years ago for poaching, over-harvesting, illegal fishing methods, illegal catch, etc. View Quote Would be gloriously ironic if their subs got fubared in one of nets on one of those ocean rapers they run. |

The way it's worded seems really weird to me. "All the officers and 7 trainees"
Did they lost the sub entirely or were the officers bunched up teaching a class in say, the engine room and it killed everybody with radiation or somesuch? |

Seems like the only source is a guy of questionable reputation, and the fact that he used a Photoshop to hype the story - what are the chances this is even true?
