Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale is auctioning CSX3015 1966 Shelby Cobra 427 Super Snake personally built for Carol Shelby this weekend. Shelby was stopped by Nevada DPS for doing. 190mph.

Cobra is my dream car.
I had the opportunity to work on an AC Cobra when I was wrenching road race cars. If you want a Cobra get a good kit car. The AC Cobra (worth ridiculous money now) was a mechanical dinosaur. Transverse leaf suspension is a real pain in the ass when you want to get the camber even on both wheels. |
