My wifes car won't start after our cold weather, -10°f, it's 40°f now. 2010 cadillac srx. The coolant tested fine ahead of the weather.

The car turns over great but doesn't start. I took the schader valve out of the fuel rail (right by the quick disconnect) and ran about a quart of gasoline out. It seems fine, clean, no water.

I pulled one of the spark plugs out. Its black and wet but it was making a good spark.

The car isn't showing any codes. What do I check now?

Spark, air, fuel.  Looks like you got all three?

Maybe try clear flood mode?

Awesome. I've never heard of clear flood mode. Cranked it in clear flood mode several times. Regular mode a couple times. Back and forth and finally got it started.

I'm thinking there might have been some moisture in the fuel or something like that.
