When browsing a forum you are able to get a infobox that previews what the OP says for any given thread. Seems to be because the actual link has a html title containing the OP's text. However, when looking on the Active Topics page these html titles don't exist. (Subscribed Threads page also don't have the html title for threads, although there isn't much reason for those, imo)
