Just a thought, but i figured arfcom had the biggest dog owner to nightvision user crossover for a half cooked theory?!?

No, Dogs have more rod cells in their eyes, which allows them to be more sensitive at low light conditions, but their eyes cannot sense light at IR wavelengths just like ours can't. They can see a little bit into the UV spectrum though, but that doesn't really help in this case.

Sure… if their tubes are gen2 or echo or aren’t filmless. But the hard part is getting the dog’s NVG helmet to securely stay on thier head, especially dogs with pointed or cropped ears.
