I got this Camp Chef propane griddle about five years ago and finally put it together. It's awesome!! Except it doesn't always work properly.

After about 30 minutes of use running on what was a completely full propane tank, the burner flames get really low despite being on the high setting. If you replace the propane tank with a new full one, it will work again for another 30 minutes or so.  What gives??

Just spent 30 minutes trying to grill a quesadilla and the cheese is just barely melted.

Sounds like your regulator is bad.

Are you going all the way open? Ie turning the knob until it fully stops? If so try turning it back a quarter turn or so.

Mine goes for hours at any temp
