Pismo, Grover Beach, Arroyo Grande, Oceano, & Shell Beach. All because of some stupid bird which is “infested” in the area, not endangered. |

Cost them over $100k, resulted in delaying their move in over 4 months and work had to be done and redone several times. And there is still an ongoing lawsuit from it. |
