Experts estimate it could be up to 15 per cent more infectious than Delta
The warning comes as Covid cases continue to spiral across the UK, with daily infections yesterday shooting up to almost 50,000 in a three-month high. SAGE fears there will be a fourth wave by the end of the year that may cripple the NHS. But experts have warned the top-up jabs are being dished out too slowly, with 5million vulnerable adults eligible for a third dose yet to receive one. If hospitalization and mortality follows that upward trend, it could be a sign that the vaccines are causing ADE.
It is something that has shown itself in testing for other MRNA vaccines, including those that were being developed to combat SARS and MERS. Think shit has been weird so far? Wait until Covid has a 4-6% case fatality rate for those who have been vaccinated. |

Considering the ventilator success rate, I'm not entirely convinced the hospital access availability matters. Maybe it does, dunno - but it seems like COVID cases that involve the hospital for more than a couple days (or at all), don't tend to end well.
