What rough size? These days the smallest sized surplus would easily for a normal sized teen.

BDUs come in multiple sizes S,M,L,XL and XXL and length Short, Regular, long and X long. His size will be in there somewhere.
 USGI M65 Field Jacket, Woodland Camo Let me suggest Medium Regular, as this will fit most average teen boys. it may be slightly big, but he will grow it to it and the jacket will last for years. |

It seems like Walmart always has camo stuff in the boys section. Is this for hunting/ serious outdoor wear?
I'd imagine that Cabelas has some options, as well. |
