Meh. Regret buying BF1. So I won't be buying this and not cause SJW nonsense.

Played it and deleted it. Don't like the feel of it. Will be canceling my pre-order.

I mostly want to play WW2 games for the vehicles. I think i am going to pass and just spend more time in War Thunder.

Who cares? Medal of Honor had female skins in it back in 2002 and no one gave a shit.

I'll check it out, BF 1942 was awesome.
Probably crush my memories of the game. |

Are you guys saying you're not buying it because there's a woman as the cover picture? Do I have that right?
I've been playing the beta a little. It seems pretty good so far. |

Think I'll go with CoD this year... As of late the Battlefield series seems to be intent on moving away from everything I used to like about the Battlefield series.
At least with CoD you can only fuck up a twitch shooter so much since I only play them when I feel like mindlessly running in circles shooting at anything that moves. Otherwise you'll find me on Insurgency. Edit: No I'm not talking about the women here either. As silly as I think that is, it isn't a deal breaker for me. |

Wehrmacht women? Apparently they didn’t learn. View Quote Not only did they not learn, but they also said go fuck yourself if you have a problem with it. Quoted:

Make Battlefield Great Again.
Do 2143, Battlefield Korea, Battlefield Vietnam and Battlefield Rhodesia. |

I haven't played a Battlefield game since I think Battlefield 3. My favorites, other than the original Battlefield 1942, were Battlefield 2142 and Battlefield Vietnam. Vietnam wasn't great gameplay to be honest, but damn riding in the Huey choppers with music blaring by the Kinks, Deep Purple, and Jefferson Airplane, just to name a few, was a lot of fun. Will probably sit this one out. The first person shooter genre, especially modern combat and WWII era genres, are just way to played out at the moment.

That in of itself wasn’t enough to not buy, the CEO saying if you have a problem with their revisionist history, then “don’t buy our game” was what solidified it. |

I played the beta tonight. I selected sniper class. I was defaulted to a woman. Why couldn't I be a tranny? I stopped playing. Will not buy.

Not at all, they could have put a resistance fighter or Soviet woman on it and it would have been great. Instead they chose to disregard history in favor of social justice. Been a battlefield fan since the first one came out when i was in HS (battlefield 1942 lan parties ftw)
played all of them since, but i'm too uneducated and on the wrong side of history to play this one. plus they didn't include attack helicopter as a gender, which i identify as (how am i suppose to be immersed if i cant play my own gender) |

Honestly, if they hadn't said anything about it, I'd have been fine with it. Instead, their CEO opened his mouth. That's what did it for me |
