If I could figure out a 1911 holster that worked with esstac's enhanced shooters belt I would order one right now...
What do I need Arfcom? |

It allows you greater flexibility to put the things on your belt exactly where you want them. So it doesn't interfere with full velcro engagement? Nope, it's velcro itself |

Keep in mind that the hook&loop orientation differs between brands, i.e. the inner belt being hook(hsgi) vs. loop(esstac) the same goes for pouches but that can be remedied easily.

Quoted: I need one! I normally just use a crossbreed leather belt for my edc stuff but what go you recommend to carry stuff for like training and competition? View Quote My battle belt is my EDC. Lessons learned from the summer of love. I wanted to be able to find a way to have most of the gear on my plate carrier available concealed where I would avoid attention from the media, antifa types, and other enemies. I went with a mastermind belt because I needed a non magnetic belt, but my riggers belts would work too. My EDC already had a knife and flashlight in my pockets. Pistol and mags are appendix carry. I can run three AR magazines, one at 9:30 and two in my back pockets. Add one in the carbine and its a decent amount of ammo. I have a soft pouch that rides IWB at 6:00 for a small IFAK. Due to its location I just keep soft items like chest seals, an Olaes bandage (because it has both gauze to pack wounds and a pressure dressing), and gloves. A tourniquet or two is carried running down the leg of my pants with the windlass preventing it from slipping down. All that remains is to toss on a slick plate carrier under a button down shirt for my armor. I never saw a reason to have a war belt out in the open. If I didnt care about the signature I would just use a plate carrier for my armor and to hold my gear. I do this with another PC for what I think I need to protect my home. |

Quoted: The taction seems too good to be true at that price point Anyone have any experience with it? Or is it just chicom? View Quote I have one. It's good for seeing if the concept works for you and for range use. Comfortable enough. It's not as stiff as the aws belt nor is the buckle as sturdy. The molle looks cool but doesn't really feel as sturdy as I'd like using it and just prefer using it with belt attachments. Spent about half an hour going over it to singe loose threads and stuff and the velcro on it is backwards from most all other belts. But a padded belt for 40 bucks.... It isn't as easily adjustable as my aws either so it is relegated to just range use. I'm not against cheap gear if I'm just trying to test out a concept to see if something works for me. And this works well enough for a quarter of the cost of some gear. |

I'm not a fan of the 2 belt system. I prefer a pad so I can just grab my belt and put it over whatever I'm wearing. I very seldom tuck in shirts.
Right now I use a Tyre tactical belt Attached File |

Could spend a few bucks on a real cobra buckle for it and be fine. I'm too old and fucked up to be bugging out or the like. Just need something to keep up with practice and can slap on when need be. Since it sucks to adjust size I've designated it my summer belt just to go over street clothes. My aws belt I can adjust easier and further to go over winter clothes easier. It's a chunk of nylon. Yes there is (way) better gear but I don't need nor could utilize it anymore. Still better than my guns sitting in a box somewhere. |

Quoted: You Esstac guys: How are you attaching? It looks like the belt has no molle. I understand that alternative attachments that go over the whole outside belt reduce the velcro engagement, especially problematic at points of load bearing. Thanks. View Quote Do you even velcro one wrap bro?! |

G Code or GBRS Group work for me
