Socialist can already donate 100% of their salary to the Federal Government. So strange that none of them do...

The braying of a castrated donkey has more weight than that empty tweet.
|
|
Good luck with that because he's never going to get elected campaigning on overturning Roe v Wade.

The lesson here is that there ARE politicians out there who get us and represent us, but they are powerless to give us what we are asking for because what we want cannot be bought by printing or stealing dollars, it must be accomplished through sacrifice.

Ted Cruz vs other side of the fence:
Dog barking throught the gate PART II Capitulating Republican Underperforming Zestfully! |

Quoted: I'm here for the hate. View Quote OK, here's some. I'm not voting for the motherfucker until he stops calling the 1/6 people "terrorists" and playing Nancy's game. The dude is fake. He's constantly coming up with dumb shit like this tweet but is always absent where the fight really matters. He should be raising hell about Biden's DWOT bullshit. He should be raising hell about the politicization and leftward drift of the military. There are a lot of more important things that he should be doing than playing Twitter games. |

IS this a flat 10% plus FICA?
so being self employed I would be paying 25.3% are we gonna have standard deductions? |
|
Ted Cruz just says what people want to hear, just like virtually every other politician.
|

Everyone talks about "fair" yadda yadda, there really should be a flat tax in this country, across the board, nothing added. No deductions except for mortgage, education, and State/Local property(to a limit) and income taxes. Estate tax goes away.
Should also be a balanced budget, exempt in a time of war or serious national emergency (Covid is not a serious national emergency.) |

Totally agree with Ted, if only he had the political capitol and personal will to go beyond excellent rhetoric.

I love it when a fellow Canadian from my home town can stir shit up.

Take all their possessions, too. Including their battery-operated girl cars.

Wow! He's proposing red meat to the base when he has no possibility whatsoever of getting it passed! Too bad we remember 2016-2018 when the R's controlled everything! Yup. Frustrating as hell. What is our alternative? I sincerely wish we had a realistic one. |

Since 50% of this cuntry is socialist, we would have a defict fast.

Based Republican keeps redirecting the conversation to tax policy and things that will never pass?
BASED! I'm sure the people being tortured in DC for trying to have their concerns heard and mirroring what Democrat activists do will feel better knowing that Cruz is fighting for Tax policy and not fighting to free them or defund the Capitol police or offer letters of Marque for the praetorian guard. |

Under my plan, all socialists would pay 100% of their income to the federal government, which would promptly light it on fire. View Quote Attached File |

Because a 100% tax rate and lighting piles of money on fire is clearly intended as a 100% serious policy proposal. |

Except for the fact that he thinks you’re a traitor against the United States if you had the gall to sit in Nancy Pelosi’s chair to protest election theft.
He’s a swamp creature, and a fairly big one. He just knows how to play PR. |

On his behalf, I'll say he'd probably love if we would vote out the feckless Senators we have there now, and replace them with others who agree with what he says and that would fight with him toward that end. Trump couldn't do it by himself, Ted Cruz can't do it by himself.
Only we can change who is representing us. |
|
No he's not.
He's one of the many who say the right things to get the votes. Bloviating virtue signaling. Period. |
