ATF just answered my FOIA.
Guess what....Not a single crime. Not a single record found. (Not even their proposed rule they published). Of course I asked this question back when the DOJ proposed the rule and they waited until they implemented to respond. The Department of Just-Us indeed.... How are we supposed to believe anything else they tell us given their actions. Attached File |

Vegas was a Deep State Bengazhi Style arms deal but I don't think the FBI and CIA will be confirming that any time soon

Bumpstock ban was just to set up future bans in the same way.

The Vegas shooting makes me want to believe in conspiracy theories.

I don’t think the document you posted in any way reflects your thread title.

ATF did not say bump stocks weren't used, they blew you off.
You need to be very specific in such a FOIA request. I suggest researching the Mandalay Bay shooting documents, find specific references to statements attributable to ATF's assessment of the firearms used that had bump stocks attached, and refile this request quoting each ATF statement, and providing the make, model, serial number, type and caliber of the guns fitted with bump stocks. |

lol
Like this should surprise anyone. government is evil That is why it should be kept small. |

Have to criminalize them before we can know if they could be used in a crime.
IE We have to pass the bill so we can see what's in it. |

Neither of you do. Fucking psycho decides he's had enough and wants to go out with a misanthropic bang. Except this time the guy knows what he's doing and has an IQ above a bologna sandwich.

Fake news. Misleading thread title - does not match contents of letter posted.

I wonder how come the the NRA isn't wasting millions of dollars fighting this bump stock ban.
Fucking lazy assholes, I'm glad they are done, not one fucking inch, fucking line in the sand. |

I distinctly recall seeing at least one bumpstock if not more in pictures of guns from the las vegas shooters room.
Also when the las vegas shooting happened (before bumpstocks were mentioned) I analyzed the audio from one of the videos and it was my conclusion that it was a bumostoc because the time between the shots was very consistent with the occasional inconsistency. It just didnt have the same look that audio of the dozen or so videos I analyzed from youtube of people shooting semi automatic (over longer strings of fire). Im no expert, but that was my opinion. |
