I also liked the push for a lot of restaurants to have outdoor options.
My town also removed an ordinance against rooftop businesses. 2 restaurants in town ended up opening rooftop bars and they're awesome. |

Mixed drinks to go were even allowed in California for a while. My favorite Mexican restaurant had good Margaritas to go.
Unfortunately the place, which I introduced several fellow ARFCOM members to, had to shut down because of the ridiculous, unnecessary lock-down rules. Most of the employees bailed out in early 2020 and never came back. |

Funny how alcohol laws went out the window during Covid. Before you couldn't step one foot off the patio with a single drop left in your beer bottle without a bouncer tackling you to the ground. Now you can go through the Drive-thru and get margaritas in a gallon ziplock bag with a straw. |
