That fucking sucks. However it's yet another good example of don't pull a gun if you're not willing to use it. The guy pulled a gun but wasn't ready to do the needful. That put him in the suspects crosshairs

Sounds kind of like shots being fired but besides the sound, nothing seems to happen.
Sucks for him and his family. In hind sight, probably wasn't a good idea to hang out in the vehicles potential path after the incident. I'm sure he wasn't thinking that at the time. |

Very odd. How did he miss a man standing right by him? He would probably get in more trouble legally if he was firing "warning shots". In any case, once a knife or gun comes out you have to commit. Seemed like as soon as the vehicle backed out he calmly went back to his daily routine. Very odd.
