I was just wondering the same thing. I've found a lot of cool stuff on thingiverse. Right now I'm working on a case gauge for 223, 308 and 300blk. Working out the tolerances.

I haven't tried yet, I don't see any reason it won't. It needs special length takedown pins, so It's kinda just sitting there at the moment. That's a Spikes dedicated .22lr upper, but I wouldn't have any problem putting a .223 or 300 blackout upper on it.  It's printed in PETG and it's pretty tough stuff.

I've forgotten the magnification levers for scopes. I've printed several (Strike Eagle, PA platinum, Vortex venom(?)) That's been some of the more useful stuff. Also lost the clamp piece of my M82 carry handle and managed to print that (works great on 107).

Has anyone mentioned grabcad?  That, thingiverse, and fosscad are all good sources.

If you just want individual files the fosscad library is also on Github.  You can also get updates without downloading the whole thing again.

https://github.com/maduce/fosscad-repo

Not specifically for 3d printers but a lot of 3d models that can be used.

AR-15 files that can be converted to .stl for printing. Glock 17 files are on page 3.

I found a magpul grip for down load.  Printed it, it's pretty stout at 80%fill.

@2A373

This one seems to be based on an MOE grip: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3397111

Here's a remix to work with 1911 grips: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1204017
