Thanks OP. Didn't see the last thread. I didn't think much about the 80's and 90's and how good we had it back then until I started comparing it to how truly screwed we are now. No wonder the current generation feels like they got the shitty end of the stick.

College was in the 80s; I think I killed too many brain cells.....or maybe one of the many concussions.....
I only remember about half that stuff, some of which was from taking my younger brother & sister to the movies.... Old.....I gots it..... |

I wasted a lot of time and potential in the early 80's.
Too much partying. Fortunately by 85 I got my shit together and finished all my flight training. Damn I miss the 80's

As a 90's kid, I remember 99% of that from either real time or reruns.
I was born 10 years too late. God damn the 00's and 10's fucking sucked and the 20's don't seem to be any different. |

What a time to be alive. As someone else already mentioned, I remember every single clip from that video.
Whether or not you appreciate the culture of the 80's, you cannot deny that there will likely never be another decade that rivals it again in the history of this country. Pop-culture dominated every minute of that decade from start to finish. Life was just better back then. Class of '89. |

Class of 94, but I remember the 80s very well. I'd give up most of what I have today to go back to that time.
