I like to have my batteries for gear on my chest rig in a pouch.  I have voice little plastic cases for all of them except the little coin 2032s. Any ideas?

SD card cases should work fairly well.  Or little "pharmaceutical" bags.

No experience with it, but looks like it would work and AXL seems to have a good rep.

Would they fit in a contact case?

Seems like the blister packs they come in are ideal.

Find someone with a 3D printer. There are several holders on Thingiverse or it should be pretty easy to design exactly what you want. Small projects like this are perfect projects for 3D printing.

I bet a place like Hobby Lobby would have something.

Look in their aisle with the stamp and coin collector stuff.  I bet something designed for stamps or coins would work well enough.

I put them in a zip lock bag inside my bag. They are not individually sealed in the blister pack.as soon as you open the first others are open to the environment.  They are mostly for other people, I change mine every year and my aimpoint will last for years.

I keep them in the grip of my AR individually in little zip locks.

OP, I just checked out Hobby Lobby's website.  It looks like their coin holders designed for nickels should work fine.  I don't have my calipers handy, but it looks like the diameter of a nickel is just slightly larger than a 2032 battery.

Give this holder a look: https://www.hobbylobby.com/Crafts-Hobbies/Hobbies-Collecting/Coin-Currency-Collecting/Nickel-Coin-Holders/p/21809

Folded piece of painters tape? Too simple?

Tape two 2032s right to the stock and be done with it.

I don’t worry much about tape goo or moisture killing them, because every time I forget to turn the reticle off the battery in the scope is dead the next time I pull the rifle out.  So they get rotated out pretty regular.

I use contact lens cases. Small piece of foam and no rattle.

This. Use scissors to trim the edges and it will fit in a shirt pocket.

I cut them down to stuff in small places, like the pistol grip.
