Roughly only 3,200 asylum seekers in New York City have filed the required paperwork needed to start earning a legal paycheck
Meaning "legally" those people can now pay taxes So they bitch about 87,000 IRS agents to go after everyone else but won't force the illegals, or give thm legal papers to do whatever it takes and make them earn legal paychecks and "pay their fair share" |

Didn't read, but why would they get permits? Permits are for taxable jobs. Taxable income reduces eligibility for handouts.
People like to say the illegals have low IQ's, but it seems like they have a lot of common sense. |

I remember an article about all of the immigrants flooding Europe a few years back.
They said over 70% of them were illiterate in their own language, never mind the language of their host country. I imagine it is pretty much the same with the ones flooding ours. Not only are they probably incapable of filling out the paperwork, the whole concept of filling out forms for something is probably a foreign concept. |

There’s a drive in Chicago to get the illegals to fill out the paperwork for work permits, too. There are people helping them. Been all over the news.
Meanwhile, a boutique hotel downtown is being turned into a shelter for the illegals and the workers have been laid off. |
