WASHINGTON — In 2023, after veteran and former intelligence officer David Grusch accused the United States government of hiding Special Access Programs (SAPs) related to recovered extraterrestrial spacecraft from members of Congress, journalist Matt Laslo asked all 100 United States senators about the allegations of a secret UAP (Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena, aka UFO) program.
The responses of all 100 US senators are recorded below.

Is this "Aware info is being hidden in SAPs not available to .gov" (ala Wilson Memo), or "Aware UAP are real"?

Sadly if a member's mouth in congress is moving, it is likely a lie. That is from both sides of the aisle. I would also think that they would have even given some type of cursory look at the UAP amendment before voting on it. Although in most cases, I bet they have been told how to vote. Voting your conscience in congress is pretty much non-existent, with a few exceptions.
"Are you aware of David Grusch's allegations?" "Are you aware of the UAP issue?" "Did you have knowledge of a secret reverse engineering program of non-human technology prior to Grusch's claims?"
Without the wording of the question, the answers mean jack shit.

It really would have been an easy line to add on the spreadsheet at the top, or even in the article on Ask a Pol. It says the full interviews are there but I don't have a sign in to see if it was even the same exact question asked each time.
I do find the split is rather odd, not the typical R vs D and closer to Big City vs Little Guy and even that isn't a reliable guide. Maybe time in office but that's also not reliable. So it's an interesting question to get answered and have them so mingled not by typical allegiances, though the Big Money sorts seem to band together the rest is a mix of everything.
The person who complains most, and is the most critical of others has the most to hide.
All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.
