Mustard and onions

I love ballpark dogs, but I hate that they usually come sans any good condiments.  Turner Field in Atlanta offers around 30 different dogs though, and they have most of the good condiments.

I go for the conflicting interest dog:

Kraut

Jewish mustard     (hebrew national rules!)

and some swiss cheese is good too.

Ketchup doesn't belong on hot dogs?  Someone forgot to tell me.  I've put it on my hot dogs all my life.

If it's like one of those gourmet stands that have 5 different kinds of sausage, grilled onions, spicy mustard, I'll put it all on and kraut.

If it's just a regular hotdog, ketchup and relish.

from consumption juction:

Wednesday, our luck changed. We strolled into Mulligan’s (address at the bottom), where the resident owner/chef/bacon scientist, Jeff, changed our lives, and blood pressures, forever. The Hamdog consists of one hotdog, wrapped in cheese, rolled in ground beef, then deep-fried and topped with bacon, onions, chili, and, just to shave one more month off your life, a fried egg. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, but, in this case, they’re worth about a thousand grams of fatty deliciousness. Behold, our epic battle with The Hamdog:

Best dogs I can remember eating are the Vienna brand at the Santa Anita Race Track back in the 70's.  Mustard, onions and a little relish.

Camping out it makes little difference as all food tastes different when you're away from civilization.
