Since they are changed so often, do you think the code has ever been 1, 2, 3, 4, 5?
Is there a forgot password link anywhere? |
|
The Secret Service does not take kindly to having armed persons around the President who are not members of that orginization.

In the case of this President, he's probably drunk. Probably with the blessing of his commanders.

redundancy....the codes as soon as compromised are no longer launch codes.....next....

I read an article years ago about the football. In the article it said that the service member carrying the football had a specially tailored uniform which housed a pistol pocket for concealment.

Clinton ran away from the Football holder several times. Obama would probably C.O.C. violation the Football holder.
Impeach Obama for the Good of the Children. |

He shakes hand with all kinds of LEOs and miltiary whenever he is traveling. I have no doubt the SS wtahces everyone very closely. |

Id think not. Afterall, its not like he has the actual button right? He (or she) is responsible for carrying the codes so the president can approve the use of nukes and start the sequance so someone else can mash the button, flip the switch, etc. The guy with the football just carries it around for the president.

The real question should be "Does one of the SS guys have a machete to chop off the football carriers hand in the event he is killed so they can escape faster?"
