Liberal tears are intoxicating. Does that count?
Liquor: Woodford Reserve Beer: Pilsner Urquell |

Very Old St Nick 12 year bourbon. I’m on my second bottle of 8 year and that’s back up. Emergency fav is ice cold PBR.
Patron Tequila, Silver, on the rocks, dash of sea salt, squeeze of lime. Preferably in a large metal tumbler.

Generally beer. Something dark, preferably. Stout, porter, etc. Something on tap and nitro is best. I’m not super picky, though. Just no stupidly over hopped IPAs. I can do something like an Alaskan Husky IPA, but most have gotten retarded over the past 10 years.
Cocktails, I’m going Mojito. Has to be made right, though. Real fresh mint and lime, muddled, with real simple syrup and a good white rum. No substitutes or shitty ingredients. It’s rare to find a good one at a bar. Even harder somewhere outside of FL, IME. |

Depends on the time of the year. Winter I like Trappist/Belgian Ales. Summer it's Lagers and Pils.
100 proof home made peach brandy that has been aged in medium charred French Oak.
Favorite? Buffalo Trace. Love most all bourbon though. Bulleit, makers, knob creek, everything but Evan Williams.
I like scotch and ice, bourbon and ice, bourbon cream on my ice cream.
Beer? I love German wheat beer. A good Hefeweizen will disappear quickly in my hands. Scotch? I live for Islay scotches. The laphroig, lagavulin, ardbegs, etc. I love em. Bourbon? I prefer quested bourbons. Makers mark, 1792. Jefferson’s ocean is good. Elijah Craig. |

There’s so much fantastic booze in this world, why try to narrow it down to one or two?

I rarely drink but I do enjoy a well made Manhattan.
Brady's (Not Bailey's) Irish Cream. Still made with single malt Irish whiskey. Stella Artois Midnight Lager. Only made around the holidays. |
Current favorites: Ardbeg An Oa, Laphroaig Quarter Cask, Balvenie Doublewood, Suntory Toki, and Kaiyo Mizunara oak.
Neat. |
Beer. Of nearly all varieties. I do not like gruit, and I am very particular in enjoying classical, mixed culture sours.
Wine... I like dry reislings. That's about it. Anything distilled... I'll taste and appreciate, but have no use for. So ... to answer the question... Classical beers. |
I don’t drink much, or very often.
I do enjoy a premium ultra age Anejo Tequila, and some Reposado’s as well. Those, and an 805 blonde ale. |
Apfelwein. I need to make another batch.
Also beer: Troegs Perpetual, Guinness, Miller Lite. A bunch of others, but those 3 are my go-tos. Whiskey: used to be a huge bourbon guy, but I've been mostly rye for the last few years. Bulleit and Sazerac. |
Summer:
Beer Abita Pecan Mojito with Kraken or Captain Morgan (so far) and agave syrup, fresh crushed mint and crushed ice. Fall and Winter: A variety of Porters and Stouts Hot spiced cider with Captain Morgan Still trying to find a favorite whiskey, Four Roses is too sweet (I think I remember Wild Turkey being too), Buffalo Trace was nice. I don't think I've tried Rye yet, and it's been a long time, but I seem to remember liking Canadian Hunter. I don't drink often, and a bottle last a while so research is slow. But two fingers and a rock is sublime while watching the fireplace. |

Guinness extra stout
Beer fridge can hold 6 cases for my will and need. I keep a 12 pack of coors light and bud light for friends not on beer snobbery handy that pop over |
Beer- OldStyle
Cocktail- Gin & Tonic (I usually do bombay saphire) |
Guinness or Crown and water, Stella if Guinness wasn’t available. A good place, I would drink good whiskey.
I was a big fan of red wine, good red wine, not crap. I don’t drink anymore, don’t miss it. Actually, miss red wine if we go to a really good place that has a quality selection. |
Rum and coke
or tequila mixed with coconut pineapple body armor for the hangover |
Peated scotch, neat.
For regular duty, Ardbeg Uigeadail or Bruichladdich Port Charlotte I also enjoy Trappist beers, especially quads such as Rochefort 10. |
Love margaritas. Use fresh squeezed lime. I've been killing them lately.
Still always come around to good ol' beer. |
Beer - Bitburger, most Czech pilsners and in the winter, Old Rasputin or Boris the Crusher Russian Imperial Stout.
Vodka martini - Stolichnaya, Grey Goose, Belvedere. Scotch - Johnny Walker Black, Macallan's 18 Year Old single malt. Irish - Bushmill's 18 Year Old. Wine - whatever my wife happens to buy. Or, sometimes with Japanese food, chilled sake/plum wine. |
Hard cider
Hard root beer & hard ginger ale(beer) - those are a thing; if you search for it. And for sipping stuff that will make your hands go numb - applejack made the old fashion way; by freezing a barrel of hard cider and pouring what did not freeze. The problem with drinking applejack made that way; it has stuff you rather not drink...unless you go with molecular sieve ...which I have seen used mostly to remove water from distilled spirits to make fuel. For stuff you can find easy; keystone light for the US, and for England area, real Guinness fresh on tap. |
White Claw, unironically, I hate myself for it.
Edit: I also really like rum and coke. |
Manhattan, if I'm only choosing one.
White Russian Old Fashioned A good, peaty Scotch Porters and stouts - the blacker the better. Oh, and unfiltered wheat beers. Forgot about the Black & Tan posted earlier, I'll have one of those, too. |
