What one thing above all else have you taken away from your training?

For me, it's to always be alert to your surroundings.  I just naturally scope out everyone who comes near me.  I think I see a lot of things other people miss.  I'm always checking out every driver on the road around me as well.  



Avoiding the fight is a hell of a lot better than trying to win it.
