Political correctness. I don't give a flying fuck if you're Somali, Iraqi, female, black, Latino, or what ever. You still are expected to have some sense of decency & good manners, not to mention following the laws. It never ceases to amaze me that .gov gives the immigrants 7 years without any income taxes & then we all say, "Look at them. They work harder than the white American & they will do the jobs that the whites won't do & look how they get ahead. Why can't you?"
And WTF is up with our .gov authorizing the granting of citizenship to Third World assholes for information? Don't you know that they will come here & try to transform the US to their shithole standard of living? I don't especially want to see that.
Self centered drivers talking on their cell phones & driving poorly, or just driving poorly in general, for whatever reason. Keep your mind on your driving. You are at the wheel of a 4 - 5000 lb. vehicle. When you almost murder me with your vehicle & I get upset, it is not "road rage." I am justifiably upset. If you have to make some stupid maneuver, like a U turn on a busy street, go down the road turn around properly & come back so that you can do it right.
The concept of a "protected class." I was actually told by Human Resources manager that they could discriminate against me because I was not part of a protected class. I was only a white male.
Now that I've started on Human Resources, how about that whole concept? It's really just a department set up by upper management to fire anyone who rocks the boat. Never mind that upper management has told you to "Think entrepreneurially" or "Let's all do continuous improvement today" or Change management is the hot topic today" whatever the latest fad is.
Human Resources is the most mis-named department in a company. They should just be honest & go back to the old Personnel Department name. The concept of "human resources" should be a red flag to any employee that they are no more than another resource to the company. The employee is more dispensable than ever, at least in management's mind. Now management is pushing "loyalty" again, now that it is to their advantage to do so. I bet that their loyalty to the employees will last right up to the point that the employee is laid off again so that management can get a big bonus for "headcount reduction."
Liberals, of course, piss me off, but that's been covered above.
