Sig P238 magazine. The gun only ships with one mag. I told my wife that if she was going to carry a 380, she at least ought to have a spare magazine. Forty fuckin dollars for one mag. Forty fuckin dollars, dudes. This was before I realized that Colt mags which are half the price also work. All our other Sigs only get MecGar mags, because fuck paying Sig's prices for them. Holy shit, man. Imagine how I feel having to send about 50 preban P226 and P229 factory mags to VT because I can no longer have them. That sucks. |

Other than the ridiculously priced C-Mag that I bought (and have never used), the most outrageous has got to be an HS Precision 10rd magazine for my Rem 700.
$125 or thereabouts. Never even worked-- the spring was absurdly underpowered. |

$25 for clear Lancer AWM. Not too far from base price I guess and it was during the panic, but there it is.

+1 I've always tried to buy when the price was low and tried to grab deals when I found them. I've bought some shitty mags (Promag, USA Mags, etc) but not more than the going price. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

Hmm never have. The most I've paid for magazines period was $30 ea. for some used USP 45 12 round mags. They had been "refinished" with something that looks like black paint but felt like sand paper. But, it was right after the AWB sunset and CDNN was giving away a 10 round magazine with every 12 round bought. +1 I've always tried to buy when the price was low and tried to grab deals when I found them. I've bought some shitty mags (Promag, USA Mags, etc) but not more than the going price. If you bought promags you overpaid. Unless you specifically bought them for malfunction training. |

View Quote Agree. So glad they put the sunset provision in that law. $100 Glock 17 magazines. $100 for 25 round 10-22 magazines. |
