Quit buying cheap folders.

Is that supposed to be a joke?

If you think that a modern, quality folder is any less dangerous than full tang, the joke is on you.

Edit: I dont care how much you paid for your folder, quality is more than price.

If you think a fixed blade is not faster and stronger than ANY folder, you don't know what you are talking about.

The quality of my Microtech is not based on price, it's based on the razor sharp Crucible 154CM blade and hard coat anodized mil-spec aluminum body. This knife holds an edge like nothing I have ever seen.

Have you ever seen S30V, BG42, VG10, D2, M2, O2 or ZDP-189?  Not only will they cut your 154cm to pieces, most of them will retain an edge nice enough to slice a tomato after doing it.  Infact some of them are even cheaper blanks than 154cm.

I would put a Benchmade Skirmish against your Hissatsu any day of the week considering theyre both stainless.  The Hissatsu is 440a which aint nothing special.

Last week I was using a william henry in ZDP-189 to plane layers off a sheet of paper.  Do you understand how sharp that is?
