You want real advice?
If the topic has come up before between you and your wife, then you should have some gauge for possible outcomes.
Wife's best friend? Several posibilities.
Jealousy. "You like her more than me". Pro Tip:, could be YOU that feels it.
Consistancy. Might become a regular, fun date night.
Awkwardness. "Helen feels weird about hanging out now that we have cum-swapped and licked each others' assholes".

Completion. That lifestyle aint for everyone and without having planned it out, I'd say you have a 5% chance of the Penthouse Forum, lucky bastard outcome versus the "how could you let something so special be cheapened when I was vulnerable" outcome.
