Quoted: FINALLY! It got approved, I called HR and they had me call the security office directly. HR also questioned why this took so long and why when the Mgr went on vacation he did have a secondary person to take care of it. Thank you everyone for the encouragement. Good and Congrats.  |

Document everything and I mean everything. BCC or forward all communications and emails to a outside email addy. If you do not then it never happened.
