I wish "complete" retro uppers were more widely available.  Seems you have to build them yourself.   I can handle swapping in a correct buttstock, but would like to be lazy and buy a whole upper that is correct and use my otherwise modern lower.

No Idea, I traded some work for it.
As well as a few other toys.
I think they are running a thousand to fifteen hunnert in some circles.

I really need a retro M16A1 clone.

Watching TV as a kid in the 70's, it was THE gun that started my love affair with the black rifle.

I'm in the same age group, and remember them from the later, old Planet of the Apes movie, for some reason.
