I vote Silver Dollar City. They have some really good roller coasters too.
Do a dinner at the Dixie Stampede (you'll be impressed). Stay at Big Cedar to get away from it all. Very nice resort but it's 30-45 min south of Branson. And there are a lot of cheesy things to do in Branson. But sometimes it's fun to be cheesy.
