It should be about 200 pages less than it is. Some of the sexually graphic stuff didn't need to be in there, either. This. |

Actually turned about half of the local sheriffs depratment on to it ( I am pretty sure the other half hates me) |

"The first one is always free"
It's hard to get that line out of your head when you've done something stupid and lived to tell about it! |

An 800 page dime store paperback with two dimensional characters and a juvenile writing style. Definitely not the Pulitzer prize winner most here will make it out to be. +1 redundantly redundant. Yeah it sucked. Very contrived. I would recommend Enemies Foreign and Domestic instead. |
|
I read it a couple times. It would be a lot better without the sexual stuff....

Who has this book? Foreign and Domestic. How much is it, and is it in hardcover also?

I havent read it, but I plan on reading it and Enemies Foreign and Domestic soon as I find copies The second in his trilogy, Domestic Enemies, was a much better book. IMHO/FWIW.... ETA> Just noticed this.. The third book in the trilogy will be available in early '09 The link has exceprts from the new book. I loved EFAD and am reading Domestic Enemies right now. It is scary how some of the stuff he wrote about is coming true within the last month or so. How all the drama started with the failing of national banks and all. Great read so far. |

Read it. Passed it on ARFcom book exchange. Someone here has it.
Good book. I read it in less than a week or 10 days I think. |

I was going to buy this book a little while back, but it was out of stock everywhere I looked except Amazon, where it was outrageously expensive. What's the story? Out of print I assume? Doesn't get a lot of mainstream marketing. Publisher has it for 29 bucks. http://www.accuratepress.net/ross.html Good deal. Thanks for the link. |

EFAD and its sequel DE are only available in trade paperback form. Basically, it has the high quality paper of a hardcover but a soft binding.

Should be required to read before entry to Arfcom is granted. Seriously a must read for any American patriot.

Once and never again. One of the most difficult books to work through that I've ever encountered. I've read text books that were more enjoyable than UC.

Read it twice great gift to people that need to be enlightened
and i thought me and mine were the only ones that say WWHBD |

It was a little better the "The Turner Diaries" though. |

Read the Hardback and the PDF a few times.
Link to it in this thread still works. http://www.ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=10&f=20&t=604141 If you liked UC then you might like "Neither Predator Nor Prey" written by local author Mark Spungin. |

I have read it three times at least. OK, he isn't Tom Clancy, but it is entertaining and informative. Ross has big balls to have written it. He was targeted afterwards by the BATF until his lawyer got involved.

He posted as much on his website, they tried to get his ex-wife to inform on anything even slightly illegal he might've been into.

You can buy direct from John:
http://john-ross.net/store.php Great book by the way. |

A pretty decent read. An alright book with a good historical background.
If you want fine literature read Victor Hugo. And isn't John Ross a member of this site? |

I read it and thought it was a little too long but still a good read. I enjoyed Enemies: Foreign and Domestic even more––by far.

They were poorly contrived and two dimensional with no development. Everything came easy to them, they were smart, rich, and perfect. |
