I pre-ordered at the beginning of the year to be a beta tester.  This thing is TINY for being a closed emitter dot. It’s 99% made in the USA. The only foreign part is the German-made crystal for the LED. I don’t have time to try it out today, but I’ll mount it up on the Ruger RXM tomorrow. Took one out of the box, cleaned packing grease and relubed, mounted an RMR, then put 300 rounds of a mix of every type of ammo I have on hand. A couple types of reloads and 10+ types of factory ammo including HSTs in 124 and 147gr. It ate everything and asked for more. I like it. I also like seeing more American made dot choices. Hope that PA keeps it up. |

I tell people I don't have red-dot sights, I have red-amoeba sights. On the plus side, peep sights still work pretty well, as looking through a small hole mitigates the effect. I recently bought my first prism sight to see if that would work better for me. I think I made a mistake getting a magnified one, but the aiming point is very clear and distinct. |
