While we're at it, I think we ought to get rid of the laws restricting murder, rape, and sex with chickens.

I was thinking this was BS because I thought the 6 ft rule was overturned in Tampa, or at least is was not being enforced (hooray Joe Redner).  Then I saw that this actually occurred on US19 in Pasco.

Trust me, Tampa and particularly Mons Venus has some QUALITY strippers.

Let me assure you that Tampa does NOT have a 6 foot rule.  We did a while back and it was deemed unconstitutional by the courts.  Also, this sting happened in Pasco county, which is a rural county north of Tampa.  The cops went in and paid for a bunch of lap dances to see if the girls would grind on them.  If they did, they were charged with prostitution as they interpreted the grinding as sexual contact.  The part that really pissed me off was that a bunch of cops spent a bunch of tax dollars ($40 per dance) to get grinded on and then hauled the chicks off to jail.  That seems a little messed up.

Yeah, seriously that's ridiculous.  Forcing morality or "your version of morality" should not be the law's job.  Maybe one day a lawmaker will think it is immoral to post on on "crazy right wing militia sites".

What are you talking about? I don't remember porn ruining my life, forming a support group to deal with it, or saying there was no more pressing problem in the world.

But you'd better belive that iit IS a problem, it WILL hurt your marriage (speaking of which, aren't you the one who is getting a divorce? Think maybe you oughta put the stone down before I throw it back and break out one of your glass walls?), and strip clubs are a detriment to society.

Draw in some heavier eyebrows, color over the eye makeup, chop out the long hair...  Hmm... I don't know... I don't have PS on this PC and don't have the time, but I did it real quick in MS Paint.  It wasn't pretty.  I'm sure the same treatment would make any woman look bad, but you just can't trust a ho...

I think thats the way a lot of people, including myself, feel about the bump and grind of a strip club being illegal -- why bother.

yes, I think all laws are a reflection of people's morality (and there is lots of different morality out there), but when there is a significant difference of opinion whether somethings should be illegal  or not, then it really should be up for debate.

This is the tough part for communities in American:  How do we follow democratic principles and not  oppress harmless minorities with mob rule.   Sometimes I don't know how we do as well as we do.

You can look through the mug shots and, judging by the looks on their face, can tell how experienced they are to all of this.  I guarantee you take a cruise up US19 tonight and 3/4 of these girls are grinding away on some guy's crotch right now.
