I took better pictures of it today with ammo loaded in it ready to go as well.  The can adds a lot of length to the gun, but you really don't notice it at all when shouldering it.  We'll see if that opinion changes after a couple hundred rounds.  I look forward to trying it out in the next week or so.  I'll be honest, I'm a little giggidy about shooting it suppressed. It's been 10 years since I shot suppressed belt feds.  Thanks for looking, and I hope you enjoy these slightly better pictures as well.

How many barrels do you have?  Will an E3 barrel work on it?

3 E6 barrels. 1 I don't plan on ever using.  The other two I rotate out when I shoot the gun.  I'll probably now leave this most used barrel with the Rugged brake on it all the time.

Yes, E3 barrels will work.

They have sure changed since I was a young grunt.  I damn near got strangled by the sling on a night rappel in training.  They used to be pretty heavy, yours looks a lot more trim than my 70s version.

OP, what's the weight on that baby? IIRC the original M60 was a bit over 23 lbs, empty.

That's it? I thought you were gonna show us something uncommon. After spending 6 months as a qualified M60 loader in the Navy you'll never be so totally apathetic over belt feds as I am. GPMG hipster.

Know what your next mission is? Getting a barrel of appropriate twist and modified gas system to run super heavy sub's through that beast.

OP, what suppressor is that and who made the adapter? I need to pick up one for an E4. That's a good looking can.

I've also never seen that cartridge pouch from LBT. Interesting.

No adapter needed. It's a QD suppressor that attaches to the Rugged muzzle brake. Suppressor is a Rugged Surge762. I sell them.

You are correct, LBT does not make these. I had a special run made and sell the extras now for $115 shipped USPS.

No.  I mailed Desert Ordnance the RIA M60 and they rebuilt and refinished it, then installed the kit for me and mailed it back in like 2 weeks.  They are on top of things over there.

Worth more as an E6 or as the original Pig?

Alterations permanent?

Hate to see another transferable Pig get butchered, with  the limited transferables.

Worth more as the E6.

It wasn't butchered.  It's a new model.

Yes you can always add or remove the parts, except for one part is riveted.  Which that could always be repaired if someone found the desire.

Nice PIG!!!

I miss running the 60, but don't miss humping the bitch.
That version looks a lot more comfy on the neck than the E3 was.

Can't help but notice the equally impressive patch of Verdilagos(Purslane).
There is enough there to make a shitload of Tacos, and a couple salads.
