It will be interesting to see what happens with this. Her orders are struck down because after 30 days the legislature gets to decide on extending emergency declarations. So now the Director of Health and Human Services is a puppet for Gretchen but has a rather narrow definition of his authority. I can't imagine the Governor has to answer to the legislature after 30 days, but the Director of HHS has total, unending power by saying it is to control a epidemic. Can't see how that will fly.

The Supreme Court of MI does not have the balls to hold the Governor in contempt let alone issue a warrant for her arrest.
